What Invoicebox ID is
With Invoicebox ID you sign in to every Invoicebox service with one account. One sign-in — usually with your phone number and an SMS code, no password required — and your personal account, apps and other services are open to you, with no separate account for each.
Your account lives at id.invoicebox.ru. This is where you manage who you are and how your sign-in is protected.
Where you'll meet it
Invoicebox services have a «Sign in with Invoicebox ID» button. Click it — and you're in, under your single account. There's no need to set up a separate login and password in every service.
Your identifier is your phone number (the main option) or your email. The service recognizes you by them when you sign in.
What you'll find in your account
- Overview — the start screen: protection status and recent events.
- Profile — name, phone and email.
- Security — password, two-factor protection, linked services, notifications and other sign-in settings.
- Sessions — where you're currently signed in and which devices to trust.
- Passkeys — sign in with your fingerprint, face or device PIN.
- App access — which apps are connected to your account.
- Activity — a history of sign-ins and actions, so you can spot someone else's.
What Invoicebox ID doesn't do
Invoicebox ID only handles sign-in and account management. It isn't a payment service. Invoices and payments live in the Invoicebox services themselves — Invoicebox ID simply lets you in under your account.
Tip
One sign-in for every service is convenient, but also exposed: if someone gets into your account, they get in everywhere at once. That's why it's worth turning on two-factor protection.
