The «Overview» screen
At a glance, the «Overview» tells you whether all is well with your Invoicebox ID profile: whether your sign-in is reliably protected and whether anyone has signed in from a device that isn't yours. This is the start screen of your account — you land here right after signing in.
What the screen shows
- «Protection status» — a card that rates your protection. If something is worth fixing, it shows a «Worth strengthening» mark and a list of steps with buttons: turn on two-factor protection, confirm your email, set up a passkey. When everything is done, the card shows «All good» and the text «Everything that can be strengthened is already on».
- «Where you're signed in» — recent sessions; the current one is marked «This browser», and recent sign-ins from unfamiliar devices carry a «New device» mark. The «All sessions» link leads to the Sessions section.
- «Latest activity» — fresh events from the activity history, with an «All activity» link.
If there was a recent sign-in from an unfamiliar device, a warning with a «Check sessions» button appears above the cards.
The red dot in the menu
In the side menu, a red dot next to «Sessions» means a recent sign-in from an unfamiliar device — worth a look to check whether it was you. A dot next to «Profile» means your email isn't linked or isn't confirmed.
Warning
If one of the sign-ins isn't yours, someone may have gained access to your profile. Change your password and end the other sessions as soon as you can.
Where to go next
- Review the recent sign-ins and end the ones you don't need — on the «Sessions» screen.
- Check your profile's overall protection and turn on two-factor protection — in the «Security» section.
