Activity history
The «Activity history» screen (the «Activity» item in the account menu) shows who signed in to your profile and when, and what they did with it. Each row shows where the sign-in came from and how the action ended — enough to tell your own visit from someone else's. You can also get here from the «Security» screen — through the «Sign-in log» card.
Events are kept for 90 days.
What goes into the history
- successful and failed sign-ins, including blocks for too many code attempts;
- session endings, marking devices as trusted and removing trust;
- revoking app access and issuing integration tokens;
- password and email changes;
- turning two-factor protection on and off;
- setting up passkeys.
The tabs above the list filter the events: «All», «Sign-ins», «Settings», «Access».
What each entry shows
An event has the columns «When», «Device», «Location» and «Address» (IP). An entry from a new device carries a «new» mark. The location — country and city — is determined by IP, so it sometimes points to a neighboring city or a provider's node rather than the exact spot. If coordinates are known, a globe icon appears next to it: hovering shows a mini-map, and clicking opens the full map.
Note
The place by IP is approximate. A different city in a record of your sign-in doesn't always mean a breach: that's how mobile internet, a VPN or a carrier's network can look.
Why check it
The history is there to help you spot someone else's sign-in in time and understand what happened to your profile. Several failed sign-ins in a row, a sign-in from an unfamiliar country, a password or email change you didn't make — all reasons to look into it.
If you see a sign-in you didn't make
- Change your password.
- End the other sessions on the Sessions page.
- If you're unsure or access is already lost — contact support: c-support@invoicebox.ru, +7 (812) 448-08-01 (9:00–21:00 Moscow time).
Warning
While another session is active, someone else has access to your profile. Don't put off changing your password and ending the sessions.
