In the personal account, your organisation manages invoices, the guarantee fundGuarantee fund Your organization's deposit with Invoicebox that lets you pay for orders with a deferral. For details, see Guarantee fund. →, documents and users. The interface has two parts: on the left, a menu for selecting services; on the right, controls for the selected service or invoice.

Account sections

Home. Account status, guarantee fund balance and payment history.

My purchases. Creating and managing invoices, topping up the guarantee fund, requesting reporting documents. Invoices are colour-coded by status: paid, unpaid and so on.

Hotel booking. Managing orders through the HotelOtel service: new bookings and document generation.
