My limits

The «My purchases» → «My limits» section shows how much you can spend from the organization's guarantee fundGuarantee fund Your organization's deposit with Invoicebox that lets you pay for orders with a deferral. For details, see Guarantee fund. →: how much you have already spent today and this month, how much is left, where you can pay, and your purchases paid from the fund. Only your own data is here: the fund balance and the purchases of the organization and other employees are seen by the owner and the accountant in the «Guarantee fund» section — see The «Guarantee fund» section.

Who sees the section

  • Employee authorized to pay — an employee whom the organization has allowed to pay for purchases from the guarantee fund. Invoicebox grants the «Employee authorized to pay» role automatically when the owner or the accountant adds the employee in «Guarantee fund» → «Employees and limits» — see The «Guarantee fund» section. Employees who are allowed to pay from the fund in the former Invoicebox.Business account also get this role from Invoicebox automatically. The owner can also grant it in «Organization» → «Employees and access» — see Employee access.
  • Owner and accountant — if they pay from the organization's guarantee fund themselves. Then «My limits» appears in the menu right after «Guarantee fund».

The section shows the limits of the organization selected in the profile menu — see Profile and switching organizations.

Limits

The card shows the organization, your full name and position, and your status: «Can pay» means paying from the fund works for you.

  • «Today» and the month, for example «In October», — how much you have spent and out of what limit, a spending bar and what is left: «17,600 ₽ left until the end of the day». With no limit, it says «no limit», with no bar and no remainder.
  • The bar turns orange when 75% of the limit is spent and red from 90%.
  • «Daily limit reached — new purchases will go through tomorrow», «Monthly limit reached — new purchases will not go through until the 1st».
  • The day and the month are counted in Moscow time. A canceled purchase returns the limit of the day and month when it was made.
  • «Where you can pay» — store categories where paying from the fund works. «In all categories» — at any Post-payment store.
  • At the bottom of the card — when your last purchase was and when the limits were changed.

Limits are changed by the organization's owner and accountant in «Guarantee fund» → «Employees and limits». While the guarantee fund is run by the former system, the card says: «Limits for this fund are still set in the old «Invoicebox.Business» account — the organization's administrator can change them».

When you cannot pay

The card then shows an explanation and no remaining limit: a remainder would not mean that a purchase will go through.

Purchases paid from the fund

The «Purchases paid from the fund» block lists your purchases for a month, a quarter or a year: from the start of the period to today. Above the list — how many purchases and for what amount, for example «October 2026 · 4 purchases for 39,700 ₽». Each row shows the date, the store and category, the amount and the status. If part of a purchase was canceled, «canceled N ₽» appears under the amount; if all of it was canceled, the amount is struck through. The first 20 purchases are shown, the rest — with the «Show more» button.

StatusWhat it means
Not paid by the organizationThe purchase went through, and the organization has not paid for it yet: it pays for employees' purchases with one consolidated invoice per period
Awaiting shipmentThe store has not shipped the order yet. It will charge as much as it ships, and the organization will pay for the purchase after the charge
PaidThe organization has paid for the purchase
CanceledPayment for the purchase was canceled in full

An «Awaiting shipment» purchase is a store order paid in two steps: first the whole order amount is paid from the fund and immediately counts toward your spending and limit, and after shipment the store charges what it has shipped. If it ships less, the difference returns to the fund and to your limit, and the purchase becomes «Not paid by the organization» for the charged amount, with «canceled N ₽» under the amount. If the store does not ship within 5 days, the whole amount is charged; if the order is canceled, the purchase becomes «Canceled». While there are such purchases, a hint above the list explains what «Awaiting shipment» means.

You don't need to pay for these purchases — the organization pays for them.

If there are no limits

«No limits yet» — you do not pay from this organization's guarantee fund. The organization's administrator allows paying from it — then your limits and purchases will appear here. If you work for several organizations, check which one is selected in the profile menu.
