Getting started

Sign in to your personal account with your phone number — and you get access to your organization's invoices, closing documentsClosing documents Documents that confirm payment and receipt of goods or services: UPDs, acceptance certificates, VAT invoices. Signing in

1. Open the Invoicebox personal account — app.invoicebox.ru.
2. Enter your mobile phone number.
3. Confirm the sign-in with the code from the SMS.

If your organization is not registered yet, complete registration in Invoicebox.Business: you will need the taxpayer ID (ИНН) and the contact details of the responsible person. The account itself will offer to finish registration — organization details are filled in through a step-by-step wizard and saved at each step:

What you can do in the account

• Invoices. View incoming invoices and pay them — including via the Faster Payments System (СБП) B2B.
• Accounting documents. Request universal transfer documents (УПД), acts and VAT invoices for paid invoices: the document request service is available at app.invoicebox.ru/docs/main. Learn more — How to get accounting documents.
• EDMEDM Electronic document management (ЭДО, EDM): exchanging legally binding documents through an operator — no paper, no mail. For details, see Electronic document management. →. Connect electronic document management (ЭДО, EDM) in the "Organization" → "EDM" section — documents will arrive automatically. Instructions — Electronic document management.
• Request to PayRequest to Pay The Request to Pay service: the seller sends a request, and the buyer confirms the payment in their bank or personal account. For details, see What is Request to Pay. →. Connect the service and subscribe to suppliers in the "Request to Pay" section. Learn more — about the service.
• Deferred payment. Top up the guarantee fund and pay for purchases from it.
