How to get accounting documents
Request closing documentsClosing documents Documents that confirm payment and receipt of goods or services: UPDs, acceptance certificates, VAT invoices. Needed for accounting and tax records. For details, see Closing documents. → for a paid invoice through the document request service — the link to it arrives in the confirmation email after payment. Select the invoices, choose a delivery method, and the documents will be sent.
Step-by-step guide
- After a successful payment you will receive a confirmation email. Follow the link in the email to the document request service. The service is also available at app.invoicebox.ru/docs/main.
- Sign in with your phone number. After signing in you will see your organization's paid invoices.
- Select the invoices and orders you need. If an invoice is not in the list, use the new invoice search: enter your organization's taxpayer ID (ИНН), the invoice number or the payment order number.
- Choose how you want to receive the documents.

Important
Documents received by email or downloaded electronically have no legal force. Only paper originals and documents received via EDM are legally valid.
How to check where your documents are
Open the "Check shipment status" section in the document request service. It shows the state of your request; you can download the electronic version of completed documents or resend the request. For details, see Document statuses.
How to get a copy of a receipt
