Reconciliation statement
A reconciliation statementReconciliation statement A document the parties use to reconcile mutual settlements for a period. For details, see Reconciliation statement. → confirms that the records of your organization and Invoicebox match. You can request it through the document request service or by writing to support. The document is available to residents of Russia.
Note
Before requesting, obtain and process all closing documentsClosing documents Documents that confirm payment and receipt of goods or services: UPDs, acceptance certificates, VAT invoices. Needed for accounting and tax records. For details, see Closing documents. → for your paid invoices — this way the statement will contain no discrepancies.
Option 1: through the document request service
- Sign in to the document request service.
- Select "Reconciliation statement" in the top panel.
- Enter one or more email addresses.
- If needed, upload your own version of the statement.
- Click "Request statement".
Option 2: by email
Send an email to c-support@invoicebox.ru:
- subject — "Reconciliation statement";
- request text in free form;
- attach your own version of the statement, if you have one;
- if you need the original — provide your organization's postal address with a postcode.
How you will receive the statement
The document will be available for download, arrive at the email addresses you provided, or come via electronic document management (ЭДО, EDM).
