Contract for placing an order

One-off orders through Invoicebox do not require a contract: by law, an invoice and closing documentsClosing documents Documents that confirm payment and receipt of goods or services: UPDs, acceptance certificates, VAT invoices. Needed for accounting and tax records. For details, see Closing documents. → are enough. By paying the invoice you accept the terms of sale — the full terms are published on the merchants' official websites.

If your company's internal rules require a contract

Companies whose internal regulations prohibit purchases without a contract can sign a contract with OOO "ORC". A single contract covers all orders placed through Invoicebox.

How to sign

1. Download the cooperation contract template.
2. Fill in and sign the document.
3. Stamp it with your organization's seal.
4. Send the originals to: 196105, St. Petersburg, Yuriya Gagarina Ave., 1.

Companies that use electronic document management (ЭДО, EDM) can sign the contract electronically — no need to send paper originals.
