Payment notifications

When a client pays an invoice in the Request to PayRequest to Pay The Request to Pay service: the seller sends a request, and the buyer confirms the payment in their bank or personal account. For details, see What is Request to Pay. → service, you get a payment notification. When paying via the Faster Payments System (СБП), the money reaches the store's account in no more than 15 seconds.

How it works

• After an invoice is paid, the supplier gets a notification.
• The buyer can additionally attach a payment confirmation receipt.
• The status of all invoices is visible in "My sales" → "Outgoing invoices" — see How to issue invoices.
