Who issues receipts under Federal Law No. 54-FZ, and how
Electronic receipts are issued automatically by Invoicebox (OOO ORTS), in accordance with Russian law. The process starts the moment a payment is received.
How the receipt reaches the buyer
- The buyer pays for the order — this generates the receipt.
- Invoicebox sends the receipt information to the Federal Tax Service through a fiscal data operator (ОФД).
- A copy of the receipt is sent to the buyer's email address provided when placing the order.
What matters for the seller
