"100% Prepayment" and "Final Settlement" receipts

Under Federal Law No. 54-FZ, the buyer receives two receipts: "100% Prepayment" — after payment, and "Final Settlement" — after the product is delivered or the service is provided. Invoicebox generates the first receipt itself; you choose the mode for the second one in your personal account.

First receipt — "100% Prepayment"

Invoicebox generates it automatically right after payment and sends it to the customer's email.

Second receipt — "Final Settlement"

The generation mode is set up in your personal account: "My stores" → "Store" → "Online cash register."

Manual mode. You create the receipt yourself through the "Available actions" menu. Suitable if you deliver products via courier services: first you confirm the customer received the order, then you generate the receipt.

Automatic mode. The system creates the receipt itself once a set period has passed — from 24 hours to 30 days. Suitable for your own logistics and digital goods: the minimum period of 24 hours is convenient for e-tickets, video courses, and certificates.

All generated receipts are stored in the "Online cash register" section of your personal account.
