How to return air tickets

Air ticket refunds are processed by the airline. Once it confirms the order cancellation, Invoicebox transfers the money within 2 business days.

Refund procedure

1. Contact the airline directly. Refund terms — deductions and penalties — depend on the ticket fare and are listed on the carrier's website.
2. Wait for the decision. The airline reviews a refund request within 3 to 20 days. Invoicebox cannot speed up this process.
3. Receive the money. Once the cancellation is confirmed, we transfer the funds within 2 business days.

If a promised payment or the guarantee fund was used

A refund is possible after the invoice is paid in full. After the payment, the frozen funds are released, and then the standard refund procedure applies. Learn more in the article Refunds with a promised payment or the guarantee fund.
