How to know your transfer has arrived

When the transfer reaches the recipient, you will receive a notification at the email address you provided when submitting it.

If the notification has not arrived

Check the status of the operation with F-DENGI support — fill out the request form:

• Subject: choose "Payment problem" or "General questions".
• Details: provide your name, the operation number, and a contact email.
• Description: describe the situation in your own words.

How long a transfer takes

The money is usually debited from your card on the next business day after the payment, and the transfer reaches the institution of the Federal Penitentiary Service (ФСИН) within 3 business days. For more details on the stages, see Why your transfer is blocked.
