Why your transfer is blocked

A blocking message means a temporary hold of funds on the sender's bank card. The money is not lost — it is held until the transfer is passed to the institution of the Federal Penitentiary Service (ФСИН).

How a transfer works

  1. Hold. After you submit the transfer, the amount is blocked on your card.
  2. Debit. The money is debited from your account on the day the funds are sent to the penitentiary institution — usually the next business day after the payment.
  3. Delivery. The transfer reaches the penitentiary institution within 3 business days.
  4. Crediting. The institution's accounting department credits the funds to the recipient's personal account.
  5. Notification. Once the operation is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
