Who can connect

Sole proprietors and legal entities from Russia and neighboring countries can connect to Invoicebox. The service does not work with private individuals — only with officially registered businesses.

Website requirements

The website must have:

a public offer agreement;
a privacy policy;
a refund policy;
company details: name, taxpayer ID (INN), primary state registration number (OGRN or OGRNIP), or an equivalent;
support contacts: email, phone, or a feedback form.

Who the service does not work with

Invoicebox does not work with businesses involved in:

illegal activity;
selling drugs, weapons, alcohol, or tobacco;
adult content;
counterfeit or pirated goods;
financial pyramids, gambling, or cryptocurrency;
other activity that violates the law.

Why a connection may be refused

Incomplete information — hidden or inaccurate data about the business owner.
Reputation — negative information about the company in public sources.
Too many legal entities — a large number of companies registered to one person.
Activity mismatch — the declared type of activity doesn't match the actual one.
No contact — it's impossible to reach the business at the contacts provided.
