Required documents

To connect, sole proprietors prepare three documents, and legal entities an extended package. In some cases a power of attorney or the representative's passport will also be needed.

For sole proprietors

• Certificate of sole proprietor registration.
• A copy of the main page of the entrepreneur's or authorized employee's passport.
• A license — if the activity is licensed.

For legal entities (LLCs, joint-stock companies and others)

• Founding documents or charter.
• Certificate of state registration or an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRUL).
• Certificate of tax registration.
• A current extract from the EGRUL — no older than a year.
• Documents on the appointment of executives.
• A copy of the director's or signatory's passport.
• A license — for licensed activities.
• Confirmation of the legal address.

Additional documents

In some cases you may also need a power of attorney to sign documents or a copy of the organization representative's passport.
