How to buy and load a ticket for a Troika card

A ticket for a Troika card can be bought in three ways — on the Troika Business website, in the mobile app or in the Invoicebox.Business personal account. After payment, load the ticket onto the card, otherwise the fare will not be activated.

Method 1: on the Troika Business website

Select the card type, fare plan and quantity.
Use the slider to choose: ordering new cards or topping up existing ones. When topping up, enter the numbers of the Troika cards you already have.
If you wish, tick the checkbox to load the ticket at a yellow terminal.
Add the order to the cart.
Fill in the organization's details: name, taxpayer ID (ИНН), address, contact information.
Download the payment invoice — it will also arrive by email.

Method 2: in the Troika Business mobile app

The app is available in app stores, except the App Store. The ordering process is the same as on the website.

Method 3: in the Invoicebox.Business personal account

Open the "Troika.Business" section → "Place an order".
Select card numbers from the card file or add new ones.
Select a fare and generate a payment invoice.

How to load a ticket onto a card

Loading transfers the purchased ticket onto the card and activates the fare. Without it, the purchase will not appear on the Troika card. Five methods are available:

The Troika Business app — for Android smartphones with NFC. Hold the card against the phone, select the ticket from the list, press the load button and hold the card against the phone again.
Yellow terminals in the metro — located next to station ticket offices. Press top-up activation and hold the card against the yellow circle below the screen.
Ground transport validators — in buses, electric buses and trams. Press the button on the right and hold the card against the validator.
Eleksnet terminals — select "Pay for services" → "Transport cards" → "Troika Business". The terminal will show the available tickets itself.
Moscow Credit Bank terminals — the procedure is the same as at Eleksnet.
